Coaching and Classes
Pre-conception, Prenatal, and Postpartum Coaching sessions are intended to provide a safe and informative environment to explore the ever contracting and expanding nature of life as it a reveals itself in the journey of parenting.
This is a time for pausing and asking “what do I want from parenting and what can I do to become the parent I want to be?” Whatever questions you might have, wherever you are in this process, we can explore them together, learning simple practices to support you on your journey.
“I attended Danielle's pre-natal yoga class regularly and loved it. I was happy and balanced and found Danielle's style of teaching an amazing integration of rigor, pre-natal education and an honest sharing among the entire group. Two months after giving birth- feeling unexpectedly overwhelmed, hormonal and anxious - I stepped outside of my house and bumped into Danielle. And lost it! It was this fortuitous meeting that led me to her postpartum coaching practice. In just one session, Danielle helped me tremendously. Through talking, writing and visualization, I was able to recognize what was happening and what I needed to do/change much more clearly. I continued to use the exercises and the tools Danielle provided me with at home and still look at some of my writing from that time when I need a lift. I highly recommend her services and, in hindsight, should have contacted her sooner in order to help myself.” Robin Ratner

“as a mom with a new infant, life can be overwhelming, scary, and challenging. You helped me find tranquility and time for me every Wednesday. You helped me see all the joy our children bring to us and how to function even amidst the baby’s crying. Thank you for all your words of wisdom and the peace you brought me through your yoga class.” Janeen Swan
“I miss the class but wanted to let you know how it is still having an impact. The other day, Cavan was just cranky for some reason, whining and crying and I don't know why it occurred to me, but I just started saying "Om" over and over like we do in class. I guess I remembered how all the babys would be quiet when we did that so I thought maybe it would work at home. And it does! SO now when he is cranky I Om my way through it. I even had my husband doing it with me one night.” Nicki Mullen
